Update

We would like to inform you that our technical team is currently working to develop a permanent fix for the recently identified vClient application error.

In the meantime, customers who encounter this issue can be unblocked by following the guidance outlined in the article below: https://support.validis.com/hc/en-gb/articles/27103414032404-Uninstall-Pre-Existing-vClient
